About The Training:
Your Gender Bridge online training is engaging and interactive. It will give you all the tools and knowledge you need to prevent sexual harassment, build an inclusive culture, and empower all your employees.
Legal Requirements: Gender Bridge Training is 100% legally compliant
Training Requirements: California's law, SB 1343, cites that employers with at least 5 or more employees must provide harassment prevention training (2 hours for supervisory staff, 1 hour for all others). The training must be provided at least every 2 years.
Policy Requirement: Employers can either distribute the Department of Fair Employment and Housing's DFEH-185 brochure or write a harassment prevention policy. Gender Bridge recommends both.
The law requires that all of your employees are trained by January 1st, 2020. Give your employees the best training and avoid wasting your time and money with outdated training programs.
